  We were all inclusive. The food is fine and there's never a shortage with breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between. Currently (Oct 17) undergoing renovations to a lot of the rooms but the rooms that have been renovated are very nice. About five minutes from the old town and fifteen minutes from the strip. A lot of uphill walking to get back.

  Short taxi ride from airport, 18 euros (Dec. 2017) clean spacious 2 bed apartment, modern, beds very comfortable, cleaned regularly. Helpful staff. We were not all inclusive but those who were had no complaints. Location close to harbour. Old part of town, great bars and the best beach , small bay used by a diving school. Short stroll to good selection of restaurants, el burro being the best, great food and reasonable prices. 15 minute walk to main strip and beach or 4 euro taxi ride. A free bus collects and returns from strip 3 times a day from outside the hotel .Flora provide beach towels if 10 euro refundable deposit left. TVs in each bedroom and lounge with some English channels. On the Samsung TVs movies etc can be changed to English using the tool button on remote. Hairdryer in bathroom.Would have given 5 stars but both pools not heated and freezing cold. Would stay again.

  Christmas dinner was awesome. Free champagne and tasty canapes by the pool under a moonlit sky by the pool. Beautifully displayed huge range of food with free wine all served by friendly staff who took pride in being helpful.

  Loved this hotel. Room was recently refurbished, bright, modern and airy. Apartment door locked but didn't feel very secure, like you could yank it open with a hard pull but we had no issues during our stay. Staff were very helpful. We had a two bed apartment by the adult pool and can't fault it. We went in January so the pool was too cold to go in but we had lovely hot weather and were laying out in bikinis. I wouldn't say this hotel is suitable for those with mobility issues as lots of steps and quite steep ramps. Good location, short walk to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Taxi cost us €15 from the airport each way which we didn't mind as it was split between 4 of us.

  Nice hotel. Pictures show. In website were more modern than what the actual room turned out to be. The Double bed, Was actually two single beds that next to I e another that did not connect. Every time you turned over the bed would move. Staff were lovely and they have a supermarket on site which is good.
